If they don't like you, you will get fired. Plain and simple. The company operates with a lot of favoritism. Unnecessary pressure is placed on you because you are the "face of the brand". They will stalk your social media posts, and judge you harshly based on your activity. I felt over worked, and underappreciated for my efforts. They create unrealistic expectations for you that make it unenjoyable to work at times.
