Pros
Get to be apart of some awesome events as well as meet some great people. A company that you can move up into higher positions. Free Red Bull to take home. Sometimes travel to events in other cities.
Cons
Not a whole a lot of hours sometimes being only needed when drop off and pick ups are scheduled. Things can get hectic and confusing at times.
