      you are sometimes treated not so well. they don't give you the freedom you are promised or lead to believe exists in the business.

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
