Pros
Not many, I had a great team but we had ridiculously high expectations and we had to deal with the residual gruff from the previous team. The relationships with clients were very hard to fix.
Cons
Bonus is based on collective efforts of the branch. If you are a top performer, you will not receive a bonus unless your success fits the quota for the whole branch.
