      Quick and easy interview process

      Cons

      In order to complete work, must go over 40 hours a week without being paid for it. Immediate managers are not concerned in the least with this, most of the team leads I had were unprofessional and unhelpful. Benefits are terrible, and incredibly expensive. Laid off multiple times the contracts are lost. Favoritism is abundant.

      Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

      Cons

      Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
