Pros
It is top 3 IT Recruiting firms. Great commission structure with no cap. Culture is fun, upbeat, and competitive. 401k match. If you put in the hard work you will see results. Great values and the managers really want to see their employees succeed.
Cons
Long hours, encouraged to arrive in the office at 730 and discouraged to leave before 5:30. Most people work 50+ hrs a week. Not a lot of room to advance other than in commission. It takes 2 years to start seeing a lot of results. Low salary base. Account Managers play favorites.
