Pros
Great place to start your sales career and learn the ins and outs of staffing and basics of daily, weekly and monthly sales activities and metrics to be successful in a sales career. Daily calls, weekly meetings, monthly metrics and goals, etc. I worked with great people at the Atlanta office and I enjoyed the company culture. Enjoyed the team environment at the branch level.
Cons
Micro- Management, No work-life balance. I agree with the reviewer who said, "Fosters an environment of running post grad kids into the ground. Not work life balance friendly." Underpaid and takes a lot of grunt work, extra hours, and luck of managing, or recruiting, for top accounts to make good commissions.
