      Lots of Direct clients all over the US Good compensation for full-time and good hourly rate for consultants Pay salary on time For H1B candidates Green card processing on time.

      Not much of grooming/mentoring for consultants Consultants are on their own to upgrade their skill set.

      Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

      Cons

      Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
