Pros
The company has a relatively flat structure making it less bureaucratic than other companies I've worked for. It also seems that the company is trying to do the right things for the company and the employees. Many people have be at the company for several years (20+). this is both a plus and a minus.
Cons
The company lacks rigor in some departments. Some of the more tenured staff is stuck in the 80's. the company has grown primarily through acquisition and so there is some inter-competition between the two busines units. And, some divisions just don't seem to make sense strategically. Pleople can be somewhat territorial.
