Poor leadership in the branches in the DFW area. Poor work ethics demonstrated by Branch Managers to clients and consultants. Large turnover with internal employees. Numbers driven rather than relationship based - lost clients in the dFW area due to poor customer service and HR recognizing Branch Manager's dishonesty. Leaders expect 10-12 hour work days so they can have short days themselves.
