Pros
Free snacks, soda, and water every day. Great trainers and leads that get to know you and respect you. Rewards and bonuses for doing an exceptional job. Quarterly parties (and you get paid for being there, too) Several different tasks to learn.
Cons
Bonuses can be taken away pretty easily for tiny mistakes New boss in charge was awful and why I quit. From what I knew, she gave some guy a position just because they got high together, and he failed the test several times and she let him retake it. All employees get the same raise/bonuses... there is not much beyond the 75 cent raise if you do an exceptional job.
