Pros
Management from the top down seems to really embody RT's core values (not just talk about them). Recruiting and Sales (at least for the National accounts) are a partnership where each is valued and respected for their part in supporting our clients.
Cons
As with any large organization there are some groups that are a bit "siloed" and when it comes to change it happens at about the same speed as an aircraft carrier changing direction
