None. Think twice before accepting any position with Randstad--it is just a Temp Mill that thrives off commission and being RUDE to new temp staff. Was hired for temp-to-perm for 3 months, but it ended in 2 months...through no fault of my own..even my co-workers were surprised because I was a positive, model employee.
Cons
High turnover and low pay rate at this job location. "Orientation Session" was laughable. Randstad Recruiter was not professionally attired (wore flipflops on regular basis), was not prepared to present (laptop batteries died); referred new hires to online information (not enough time for questions). First TWO paychecks delayed due to ineptness and/or inadequate onboarding of new hire information. The email response from recruiter was almost like, "Oh Well, too bad for you."
