Pros
Randstad instills solid core values, and offers an excellent training program for recently hired Recruiters and Account Executives. The daily metrics that are involved are fair and easily attainable, as long as you willing to work hard. Compensation packages are good and commissions are high for good performers.
Cons
As in any recruiting position, turnover is high, but those who leave typically aren't willing to put in the work needed to be successful.
