Pros

None, Nada, Absolutely Not, Don't do it.

Cons

Please consider this a warning to all potential experienced and non-experienced recruiters weighing a position with Randstad Technologies in the Atlanta Area. First, it’s a huge employee turnover machine. How this is not a concern to Randstad Technologies corporate is baffling and perhaps it speaks to a bigger problem. Remember you’re a minion and have no control over your desk and are monitored to an excessive degree. There’s meetings every morning that determines your day for which you have no say and no control. How the folks who typically run these meetings got these positions is another issue. They bring nothing to the table and cherry pick the accounts they work on AND you work on. You can guess how that turns out for you… Next issue and this will resonate with experienced recruiters and has a HUGE impact on your potential earnings. YOU DO NOT HAVE CANDIDATE OWNERSHIP. What does that mean? It means you could recruit an outstanding/most placeable candidate on Monday and on Tuesday the recruiter in the next cube could place them and you get NOTHING! Think DOG eat DOG. Not a good environment. Can a non-experienced recruiter learn anything? Nope and if you go to work for them it will probably sour you on recruiting forever which is too bad because it’s a great profession. Randstad is a great company and its other divisions are professional and are competently run. Do yourself a favor and not go to work for Randstad Technologies in the Atlanta Area…

Pros

My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

Cons

Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
