      Pros

      Randstad helps you to find a job by interviewing you and recommending you to different companies. They have access to jobs you may not have otherwise been able to find.

      Cons

      In my experience, most jobs are entry level type jobs. You don't work directly for the company they staff you at, so you generally don't get to share in benefits or advancements in the same way direct hires would.

      Cons

      Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
