      Pros

      They have great benefits and PTO. Also the have a team bonus structure that's great when your branch hits its targeted goals.

      Cons

      You don't get commissions from new sales. However you do receive recognition for bringing in new business and hitting you're targeted objectives. Due to geography, your experience with the company may vary. Geographical boundaries are set from day one and strictly adhered to.

      Pros

      My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
