      having a hybrid schedule and work with a great team

      They like to overwork and underpay employees. They never want to make anyone an "associate" and they truly do not care about their employees only look out for themselves

      Pros

      My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
