      I just accepted my offer with Randstad and couldn’t be more excited to join the team! Everyone I’ve interacted with so far has been incredibly kind, professional, and supportive. The company culture already feels welcoming, and it’s clear that many employees have been with the company for years, which speaks volumes about the quality of the work environment.       Pros

      My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
