      Depends on your team but coworkers and direct management are nice Remote work

      Low pay, no bonuses or significant raises Will increase work load but offer no option for position or pay mobility Upper management is disconnected Layoffs seem to come every couple months like clockwork Most work is moving offshore Constant changes that are hard to keep up with

      Pros

      My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
