Cons
Where do I begin? No standard work, “processes” change daily and you submit documents only to find out it was not done correctly - that day - because submittals changed without rolling info out to teams. Management is toxic and belittles engineers who make more money than them. No one-to-one discussions. No true leadership in the company. They hire individuals as execs that produce no results. Admins are directed to “sell” whereas sales is not under their description. They flowdown those requirements because their sales team produces zero results but make the most pay. Benefits such as medical are extremely expensive. No 401(k) match, No additional compensation. No bonuses.
