1. commission scheme is better than page/ hays and rw 2. people are not competitive, not a lot of internal conflicts
Cons
1. they asked people to fill in peakon survery but they never change 2. the management team in hk talks louder than action. they dont take accountability at all- there was someone from management team who didnt bill enough to cover her costs for a few years but was promoted in 2025; but there were consultants who hit their targets and couldnt get promoted, and they claimed its becuase of poor kpi!!! sales is all about billing ok!? this is very demotivating 3. they change policies all the time, including flexi hours, wfh policy, or commission etc; the interesting thing is that there are managers who dont do KPIs or WFH without hitting their target 4. people have been logging fake KPIs and management dont care as long as they get KPIs done 5. the culture is very toxic right now 6. turnover rate is very high and there is no good biller left anymore in the company. no one could learn from and a lot of managers couldnt even bill on their own what im saying is 100% real
