Quite possibly the worst sales culture you will ever see. Leadership hires and fires talented people before they are even fully Ramped. It is mandatory that you work 65-80 hr weeks to be successful. This is the expectation, not an every once and a while thing. The sales leaders have never actually been leaders, most just happened to be at the company when it started and fell into leadership positions. Ramp is quite possibly the best marketing company you will ever see because on the outside it looks amazing. The unfortunate part is if the sales culture could ever catch up to the product this could be a world class opportunity.
