Pros
Normally the pros would be working on key National Defense projects which would appeal to someone with patriotic leanings.
Cons
Aerospace and US Business in general has become to interested in the stockholder and not enough in the actual business that they are engaged in. There is no longer much interest in investing in long term goals and developing employees as such the turn over is high at the the five year mark and older employees are around to maximize pension payout which is no longer a benefit available to new workers.
