Pros
I love the people I work with on the floor, and we all became friends outside of work. The large galleries are beautiful, have some catered lunch/breakfast/coffee here and there.
Cons
Started out with a very low pay, had to go through and negotiate to get a good pay. There is no room for growth working in the store. If the leaders like you, they try everything to make you stay in your place. Lots of micromanaging when it is unnecessary - we are all adults here. Don't get valued enough as a hard working employee. We have core value meetings every morning and it gets mundane, routine, boring, repeats the same messages every day. Quality issues on our furniture all the time. There is always a delay, defective pieces, complaints, etc. The cash register system is BEYOND slow, it is outdated. Company is diving in faster than they can catch up internally, watch out in the long run RH. Please get the right people for operations and improving all systems to catch up to current technology.
