AVOID! No respect for their hard working employees - Senior Inside Sales Specialist REX Employee Review

So many... The company has not been transparent, letting go of almost every single person I have had the privilege to work with for the last 2+ years. Those that were not let go were smart enough to quit and find a new opportunity. My team stuck it out and worked VERY hard to keep the company afloat. Our metrics were unreachable with the lack of marketing (because they have no money). They randomly let go of the entire customer service department and closed multiple markets, WITH NO SEVERANCE. They have run the company into the ground. To be honest, I think this is a blessing in disguise because this company is TOXIC.
