      Great base salary, some work flexibility

      Leadership has minimal real estate experience, and a reluctance to bring in seasoned people with the proper experience. Company has been closing markets and shrinking during busiest real estate environment in decades.

      The company’s overall goal was great - saving money for consumer and keeping all your home needs under one umbrella to simplify the process.
