Big disconnect between mgmt and what was actually going on... Had trouble adjusting with covid and then way over hired despite very few markets having any success
Zillow change forced them to basically use the mls pretty much all the time, rendering the original concept of the business fairly useless
Funding issues forced major work reductions where there was no severance offered aside from keeping equipment... at this point most people I know still there are interviewing elsewhere, but many have already jumped ship.
