Everyone up to the CEO is extremely accessible, so you are always learning and being mentored by individuals with Proven success across a wide range of industries. Tech, Business, Real Estate and much more are all combined to make a fantastic environment to work efficiently as well as learn on a daily basis.
Cons
If you want to be a Monday through Friday 9-5 employee then this may not be company for you. It is a start up so there are times where the team needs to pull odd hours and work on "off days" but the good news is that you will never be the only one working hard. The executives at the top are leading by example and are some of the hardest working people I have every known
