Pros
Still a very good and recognizable real estate brand in the consumer market place. They are evolving in their technology and adding new marketing pieces to help the agent and brokers but the agents/brokers pay for that.
Cons
Since going public a great deal of leadership changes including the abrupt resignation of the CEO and Chairwoman. It seemed monthly there would be leadership changes in the region. The luxury brand needs a great deal of revamped marketing.
