      Freedom to innovate, great websites for agents (best of its kind), great online education program, Who doesn't know that balloon logo?

      Cons

      Not as collaborative as I would like, brand not as strong in the Pac NW as the rest of the country...but, getting better each year!

      Do everything possible to set their agents up for success! Great team mentality. Everyone wants to see each other succeed!

      Commission only, but that’s real estate.
