      the whole system was very well managed.. great support team.. Great employees, supervisors, executives. Company has a great family/friends feel.

      Cons

      always on call for clients.. You have to be proactive to be successful. Can get lost in the system if you do not network. Everything else is fair.

      Do everything possible to set their agents up for success! Great team mentality. Everyone wants to see each other succeed!

      Commission only, but that’s real estate.
