      Pros

      Straight forward fees & commission splits. Low cap before you make 95% of commissions. Jaci Coan is an amazing broker with a stellar support staff. There are 3-4 trainings a week between her 3 office locations.

      Cons

      Still higher fees than other brokerages that only charge a base transaction fee.

      Do everything possible to set their agents up for success! Great team mentality. Everyone wants to see each other succeed!

      Commission only, but that’s real estate.
