Pros
35 years with the business where I have had the opportunity to progress several times. Nearing retirement & now looking at a very generous pension I couldn't have asked for more.
Cons
In balance I would struggle to find anything negative. Support has been endless. Work life balance can sometimes be a struggle, but is that not the same in most fast pace environments.
