Working at the RAC has been an incredible experience, and I can genuinely say I love my job here. Every day brings something new, and I’m constantly inspired by the team spirit and dedication that runs through every part of the business.
The RAC isn’t just about helping members on the roadside, it’s also about supporting each other behind the scenes. The way colleagues go above and beyond for one another, as well as for our customers, is something that really sets the RAC apart. There’s a real sense of pride and purpose in what we do, and that makes it a great place to work.
I also want to give a massive shout out to my manager, Nikki Gough – an absolute legend. Nikki is always there when I need support, guidance, or just someone to check in. His leadership makes a real difference, and I feel lucky to be part of his team.
