A Great Start at the RAC - Head of IT Services RAC Employee Review

After 9 weeks at the RAC, I can confidently say it’s a fantastic place to work. I initially joined on a 3-month temporary basis to see if the role was the right fit, for both myself and the organisation. It quickly became clear, just after the first month, that it was a great match, and I was delighted to become permanent. What stands out most is the people. The team culture is incredibly welcoming and supportive, and it’s clear that everyone genuinely cares about the work and each other. I’ve also been really impressed by the company’s values and its commitment to employee wellbeing, something that’s not just talked about, but actively demonstrated.
