      Fantastic colleagues (idiots are everywhere!) Supportive Managers (Mine always have been) Salary package in line with competitors Flexible working options available (Fair processes in place)

      Cons

      There are none that I can think of! Its mainly down to the team you work with and I am very lucky to work with an incredibly supportive Manager and Team
