Development - The majority of the Seniors / Managers and Trainers have started as an agent and worked their way up the ladder. - If you want development it is available People i work with - Everyone is supportive and help eachother out when needed Fast Paced - No two days are the same which keeps the job exciting Bonus opportunities - Genuine opportunities to earn a decent bonus ( Especially for agents) Facilities - Free Carpark - Canteen (With a good chef!!!) - Nice seating and breakout areas (Recently renovated) Recognition - Good and regular recognition initiatives that get shared around the business Careers - Big business with lots of opportunities and jobs in other areas to go for if you wanted a change.
Cons
Fast Paced - Whilst this is one of my Pro's, it will be a lot of peoples Cons - if you can not keep up or thrive in a fast paced environment you may struggle
