Pros
The RAC is a great place to work, The Bradley Stoke contact centre is a welcoming and friendly place, the sales floor has a lively atmosphere and there is great provision for break and lunch spaces and there is a fantastic on site caterer. I work in the New Business Team which is a friendly place to be and the Managers are all really nice, helpful and supportive. The job is varied as we speak to all kinds of people and sell a range of different breakdown policies which keeps it interesting.
Cons
The pay structure is good and bonuses are achievable with great earning potential but the negative side is that failing just two calls within a month for Quality Assurance will take away whatever bonus you have earnt which is very harsh.
