Great Employer - Senior Account Manager RAC Employee Review

Everyone I've spoken to is proud to work for the RAC (myself included). The Senior Management team communicates business changes more than any other company I've known. For example, the CEO Dave Hobday frequently hosts open live forums with members of staff across the business, which gives everyone the opportunity to get involved. There's also a very positive culture - everyone is open to help each other and there's also encouragement of colleague engagement (Hive events etc). The RAC pays attention to detail from the smaller things, from amazing decorations at Halloween and supporting local businesses with stalls in the atrium - to the bigger things like the employee share scheme and support with career aspirations and progression. Specific to the business area I work in - my manager is very supportive and brilliant at communicating both directly and broadly in a positive way, which boosts morale and makes you feel valued as an employee. It's overall a great place to work.
