Pros

Fab working environment - lovely modern building with an excellent subsidised staff canteen. Managers are approachable and fair. Lots of perks (salary sacrifice perks scheme, full RAC breakdown cover for free incl. Europe for you and your whole household, free parking, rewards for top performance) NOT cold calling - calling existing RAC breakdown customers whose policies are about to expire. Extremely well paid considering no formal qualifications required.

Cons

As with all call centres you need to be flexible with hours worked as business needs change very quickly.
