Pros
Plenty of overtime available because they spend most of their time trying to re-employ people who last a month and then leave once they realise what they have walked into.
Cons
Badly managed, will change your salary when it suits them by getting their staff to sign new contracts to agree a pay reduction. Micromanaged, no trust for the staff who do the frontline work I.e those telephony workers bringing in the cash for their investors which is all they care about. If you want to be treated like a child and like a cog in a wheel then this is the place for you.
