      Pros

      RAC is a like a family where you go to be with the people you work with and this then shows in the way we can do our jobs. For such a big company no one is unapproachable from Dave Hobday as CEO through any layer of manager down, everyone takes time to listen to members of the team. This is backed up by good staff benefits including pensions and employee assistance lines.

      No grumbles that you wouldn't find in any job anywhere
