It’s great to hear you’re enjoying the benefits and see the RAC as a good place to work. At the same time, we know busy breakdown periods can be tough, and it can feel particularly intense in a contact centre environment when demand is high.
Creating a more balanced and supportive experience during those peak times is something we’re always working on, whether that’s through better planning, support on shift, or making sure the right help is in place when it’s needed most.
