The 4-day work week, which seems to be the only PR topic worth talking about for the company.
Cons
The company prides itself on its "feedback" system, which is really an excuse to say anything and everything to anyone at any level. The feedback is not regular and does not follow the company "rules". When you do start to receive it, translate "feedback" by "watch your back", as the cliques are powerful, especially in senior leadership. There is a huge amount of political B.S., and cabals are formed against people in record time. It's also complete amateur week in HR: so many things done (very) wrong that the department is a lawsuit ticking time bomb. Once you are passed the honeymoon phase and have gotten over the breakfast burritos, you will feel disturbed by the cultish culture, which displays a total lack of humility and rampant discrimination despite the so-called D&I efforts.
