      The company is very good for the average programmer and the environment is also very good.The further scope is also awesome.

      Late night meetings are the main cons i can think of.Not any more cons i can think, i will add if any in uocoming days.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
