      Culture, office timings flexibility, low to negligible micro-management

      Lowballing employees by giving peanuts (way below the industry standard) in Annual Salary Hikes (1-4%, FYI) Such disregard/ignorance for employee salary hikes from one of the leading VLSI Product based companies is highly uncommon and unheard of, completely tarnishing Qualcomm's image of a good pay company

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
