      One of the better paying companies in San Diego. Good benefits, good people, good technology.

      Cons

      Just above the mid-point in total pay for tech companies in the US. Company is bad at planning beyond 6 months out, which leads to poor execution and a lot of scrambling last minute.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
