      Averaging pay. Not much pros need to emphasize.

      Cons

      Cannot really seeing any outlooks since the CEO took office, bad decision, less innovation, unforeseeable situation. Diversity not really taken places. Turnover rates is getting high, talented people is lossing. In addition, no innovations ideas are being implemented recent years, and employee are getting higher supervisions.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
