Pros
Promote good work-life balance, small company so it has a start-up feel. Lots of very very smart people who are always willing to help you. Not a lot of politics, culture is chill. Great place to learn very quickly and deeply about the niche industry.
Cons
can be difficult to learn all the details about the products (can be quant-heavy) since company is small, there may not be a lot of opportunity for career growth for everyone
